Flashing OCZ VERTEX 3 HELP

Need to flash my OCZ Vertex 3 Drive i cant run the toolbox from windows as its the OS drive....any ideas on how to do it please?

You can use Parted Magic and the OCZ Flashing tool. There's a guide on the OCZ website and it's easy enough to do. Just check the readme for the Firmware as I believe OCZ have advised not to update to the latest version unless you are getting the blue screen issue.
