Hello,
I have an OCZ Agility with 1.1 firmware and a Foxconn Bloodrage motherboard with the ICH10R chipset onboard, I also have a HP DV5-1111ea laptop.
I have downloaded the bootable ISO and tried it in my laptop, it works (goes to A:\) but it does not see the drive after fwupdate.exe does its scan. I cannot check if the SATA is in IDE mode as there is no such option on the laptop BIOS.
I try the CD in my PC where I have changed the SATA mode to IDE but it will not boot, it says "InitDiskBad or Missing Command Interpreter" when it tries to boot off the CD.
So I have tried to flask my drive in two PC's and neither work. Does anyone have any suggestions?
If I cant get the process laid out by OCZ to work, do you think I could RMA the drive back to OCUK for flashing? I got it in June last year and thought I would be able to update the firmware to support TRIM, but if there is no way for me to do this...
