I have an Asus DirectCUII 680 with core clock flashed to 1306Mhz max boost clock and what I need to know is, if there are any bios editing programs or features or if anyone knows a way I can edit the memory clocks because I have not been able to find any programs with that option thus far :-(

I can msi afterburner and get 7.8GHz memory clock but I don't want to run afterburner really I want to actually flash the card again so the memory clock is increased permanently I have already overvolted the card to 1.2125 volts.

You haven't looked very hard then :)

Kepler Bios Tweaker is the best tool by far.
Forget KGB and the like

I also like to make my clocks permanent.

edit: make sure you have nvflash in the same directory, then KBT can read and flash your bios for you.

Flashing for the win. No dependence on programs means the overclock survives OS installs, driver updates, dual booting, moving the card into another computer. It's just better.
