Flat Blade Wipers grrr

Popped into Halfords and bought a pair of Valeo wipers for the Lexus.

The bosch ones before were garbage, they didn't hook properly but the still cleared the screen fine.

Fitted the Valeos and the first few swipes were great, now they have started to judder!

What could the issue be here? The passengers side doesn't judder.

Had a juddering on just one side with flat wipers, tweaked the metal arm a few degrees so 'square' up the blade to the screen, had no problems since.
Cheap eBay wonders too, and can't fault em.

I found that some car shampoos leave a wax residue behind and needs polishing off the glass, wipers work much better after.

Check you've fitted them the right way round.

Clean the screen with vinegar and newspaper. Sounds weird, but its the best way. Just sprinkle vinegar on and rub hard with the newspaper.

If they still judder the wiper arms need adjusting.

I've just fitted Valeo flat blades to my car and they're great. I've tried Bosch and Goodyear and the Vale are the best and last well too.
