Guys
Looking at screwless flat plates (the faceplates for power sockets, light switches etc) and I quite like some designs in the brushed steel range from BG and LAP. I've been advised by the electrical shop im buying it from that Hamilton are the best.
Have any of you had experience with different manufacturers of faceplates and are there really any differences between them as long as they're all 13amp?
For Extractor Fans and Ventilation
I have 3 rooms which need extractor fans, 2 bathrooms and a server room.
1 bathroom and the server room are under the stairs in a mid-terrace so there is no ventilation/air flow. What's the best solution for flexibility like having the fans on when needed only? I was thinking something like an Envirovent Silent 4 inch extractor fan wall mounted (on plasterboard) which is mains connected so can be switched on and off when I want. I'd probably go for one that runs 24/7 on low setting to at least extract the air and create some airflow and then with its humiditor it would increase in speed when needed. Any suggestions there?
