Certainly looks like they've done a good job.
My garage roof needs doing but it'll need more than the felt replaced. Walking on it I can tell the boards underneath are sagging between the joists so they'll probably need replacing. I won't be using felt however as there's a bedroom window above the garage and when the sun is on the roof the felt heats up and it stinks. Not sure if EPDM or GRP would be any better in this regard.
