I'm tempted to grab a Sammy NC10 from the 'bay, but I'm not entirely sure about this seller (http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/0173mooch/) .... Any advice? (I know ebay generally sucks.)

Its ok! After several emails he said there was a "delay" with the item, I requested a refund backed up with a Paypal dispute and I have my money back in less than 2 hours... Off to the highstreet to spend £30 extra
