Flickr down?

Hi,

Could someone quickly try flickr for me please?

I get "connection refused" in Chrome (yet other sites are fine on other tabs) and I also get the same error in Explorer.

My other half gets the same error on her laptop (using explorer) and I get an error when trying to connect using my mobile (using mobile internet).

I reckon it could be bust
