Hi,

I've got a flight coming in to Stanstead at 20.15, from Germany, and another one leaving at 21.20, to Newcastle.

An hour and five minutes - is this enough?

I take it you have no luggage to get checked through?

Can you explain to the flight crew on the first flight the situation and see if they will let you get off first and run?

There is no next flight.
I do have hold luggage, yes, as well as hand luggage.
Guess this isn't enough time then?

It's not today, it's in a couple of weeks.

Hmm. Might have to get a train from London to Newcastle.

If you had no luggage I would say you would just about do it, but as it can take up to half an hour for your luggage to get off the plane sometimes then I doubt it sorry.

It will be tight and if the inbound flight is in any way delayed then you are going to be stuffed. Ideally you need at least a couple of hours if you have to check in luggage at the connection airport.

There might not be any train running that late to Newcastle, unless some goes overnight.

Nope :(

I need to leave Dusseldorf after 1pm really.
Just looked online, theres a 10pm train (if it was technically today you wanted to go) leaving London and getting to Newcastle at twenty past 2 in the morning.
The one after that takes 8 hours and is the sleeper.
