Flightdeck A32x build help please

Hi!

Helping my brother in law spec a training rig for this sim, total budget (including monitor / KB / mouse) is approx. £1000.

Specs on their website look fairly modest but wondered if there were any real world users on here for some input.

well, that's a tight budget for a flight sim. I suspect you could squeeze a i5 and a 770 in there, just about. Dunno how good 8-core AMD will fare with that. If it's not multithreaded properly, probably badly. If it is optimised for AMD CPUs, then could be a cheap contender. I also suspect he needs Windows 10 as well.

I think he / you might be better off querying specialist forums for that kind of stuff, to match the requirements.

There's a YT vid of it running under parallels on a Mac so it can't be that hard on the GPU surely?

480.00 CHF = 315.476 GBP, thats one pricey sim, no wonder no budget left
