You've left it too late to get any good booking fares, he will have to goto the airport and book from there.

Why wont she fly with emirates? Theyre pretty much the best out there...

Is she korean?

Try giving Koreanair a call, they dont seem to turn up on the flight sites like expedia very often...I dunno why..

Cheapest we could find with Koreanair was £907, and no, she isn't korean, she's japanese. Japanese airlines wanted £4,300... lol

goes to show how opinions differ as I rate them one of the worst , the service and staff are ok but nothing can compensate for the appalling lack of space

most of the far eastern airlines , Thai , Singapore , I also like AA and USair once you get past the miserable staff

Well i told her about the lufthansa flights for £370 or whatever it was, i saw this as a bargain tbh but she refuses to change flights.. :/

American carriers have the worst staff ever.
Emirates, imo, are above average, apparently Etihad, with their new planes, are pretty good so giving them a try soon, onboard internet access too :D

Malaysia is good also, KLM, Lufthansa, and other european airlines generally suck in comparison.

Then it's time to tell your friend that she can't have her cake and eat it too. You (as in generally) can't look for longhaul flights departing literally the next day and expect to find a bargain.

Only two airlines (Korean Air and Asiana Airlines) fly from London to Seoul nonstop in the first place, and both are above £500 including taxes for tickets departing tomorrow.

The only thing left to suggest is calling a Korean travel agency first thing in the morning. Try Hanyoung Travel (020-7916-3010) (not associated with them in any way, just came to my head first thing) and see if they have anything available.
