Flip-down panel

Ok so I have googled for a while, trying to find the name of (in order to buy one) of the hinge mechanism you find on the front of AV amps and the like of the flip-down type panel.

The type you press at the top and it smoothly lowers outwards and down, or the type you press at the bottom and they open upwards and into the case, can;t for the life of me find them online, any help please?

its for a project involving computer cases and lots of toggle switches, short of going to a charity shop and buying an amp and butchering it, Im looking for places to buy the mechanism online

Can't tell you the name, but I imagine it would work on the Oil and Vane principle (Oil puts "drag" on the vanes, causing the door to open slowly until it hits a stop)
