Unfortunately, my man will wear neither flippity flops or sandals, he outright refuses to wear anything but trainers. I swear we could go to the maldives and he'd only take trainers...
Can we go to the Maldives instead, I'll wear whatever you want.

Flip Flops or Jandals as we Kiwis call them (thongs in Aussie) are gods gift to feet. They are utterly utterly awesome and the soul choice of footware in summer.

For those that have an issue with them rubbing there is a brilliant trick to solving the problem. Get a bit of vasaline or lip balm or anything else on a similar track and pit it along the bits of your feet that rub - Voila! no more rubbing.
Once you've worn them, there is no going back! As for all you 'flip flops are gay' guys you need to toughen up Barbie, if all it takes is a rubber shoe to get your homophobe up then you have a problem.
