Ok guys, ive been wanting to do this for absoloutley ages,

weekend of the 9,10 and 11th of NOVEMBER

Cost

1 Adult single per night £20 (50 for all three)
2 Adults sharing (either double or twin) £30 (or 75 for 3)
3 Adults sharing (family room only 3 available) £45 (110 for all 3)

Continental brekkie and tea/coffee included

Meal Times

Meals served at late lunch 3pm-5pm
Late dinner served 9-11pm
(ive put in that we might theme name the food for a laugh DOOM3 nachos, Of Starcraft Chicken Melt for Kreeee lol)

Bar open midday till 5am (rock on)

Lan area will be a converted restraunt area. Whole hotel will be under private party.

WE MUST HAVE 10 PERSONS MINIMUM TO GO AHEAD - MAX OCCUPANCY WILL VARY DEPENDING ON ROOM SHARING BUT AROUND 20 WILL BE TOWARD THE UPPER LIMIT SO BOOK SOON!!

Theoretically who would be at all interested, west wales, so a decent drive to be honest BUT cheap weekend, bring the missus, breakfast of some kind included. 24hour bar. beautiful scenery for refocusing eyes. Comfortable genuine hotel rooms at a reduced rate.

18+ only or with gaurdian of course.

Lads weekend? i think so!


And yes by-proxy i own the hotel/premesis

My folks hotel so yes mine to let out and control,

Quite a way? yes for most but look at it as a mini holiday in a beautiful part of the country. Trains come into carmarthen and aberystwyth so although not ideal people could be picked up at either
 
I'd be game if it was on a decent day. 360/StarCraft for me but most PC gamers in the UK are complete losers who don't play SC :(

Would I need to bring my own 360?

Sorry to hi-jack the thread.

I do this 2 times a year at my B&B for my EVE corp mates. We drink have a chat and a laught. On the Saturday we go paintballing. Its great fun.

But the difference is we all know each other by talking on TS, and ingame.

My B&B is in south devon (Torbay) and I have corp mate come from as far as scotland, yes scotland.
