In terms of driving, i'd say just watch out for stop signs. Everything else is a walk in the park. Stop signs are easy to miss when you're not use to them. Driving on the other side of the road, is not like in Europe. Rarely are roads single lane, so you're just going with the flow.

You can turn right on a red, AFTER a stop. Keep an eye out for signs that say no turn on red.

Just looked at the route from the airport (SFB) to international drive, and it say you go though toll roads. Does anyone know how much they charge so i will be able to have the right money ready

They take credit cards.

No they don't. They are also utterly stupid around Orlando - a toll booth every few miles at some point each with its own seperate trivially inexpensive sub $1 toll. Utterly annoying.

Most of them are all Sunpass/Toll by Plate now. Your rental car should already be registered for this service, ask the rental agency.

Totally this.. Make sure you get the sunpass in your rental. If your car hasn't got it, ask them to give you a car that has it.

Some places DO NOT take credit cards. I know, i was caught a little low on change the other week. Much to my amazement, they actually got the cops on me, who was meant to escort me to an ATM to get the money out. Completely crazy I know !! Cop let me off, but I personally didn't want to take any chances with fines etc, since the booth operator, did take my lic plate. So i called up the manager and he allowed me to send a cheque for the toll cost the following day.

Anyway moral of the story, don't ever take a car without a sunpass / EZ pass. It's actually now on my Avis preferred profile, as a direct result of all the hassle i was put through, a couple of weeks ago.
