flowchart for digital thermometer & clock

hello people.

bit of help required. im currently doing HND electrical/instrumentation engineering and for my project of building a digital thermometer & clock.

been told i need to do flowchart for it for the code but struggling with it.

anyone got any programming knowledge that could help me out with the flowchart??

would be massively appreciated
