Flu, how many of you have actually had it?

Thank you, someone who actually knows what flu sytoms are. So many people blame a mild cold on fly.

I've not had a cold all year.

I put it down to taking cod liver oil, vitamin c/d and not being a pansy (not drinking filtered water etc).

Had Flu about ten years ago, as soon as i'd got better i got Pleurisy, had a month of work, probly the worst i've been, but not been ill since.

Just recovered from the fever and cold. Now I have a thick horrid chest infection that makes me go into cough fits. Its nasty

Similar experience to others. Had a virus which I can only assume was the flu based on the symptoms. Came back to Uni after Christmas a few years ago feeling not great. Went to bed and didn't emerge from it for about 4 days. Memory is pretty hazy besides practically crawling to the bathroom and the sink for a drink once or twice. No flatmates in at the time either. Woe is me!

You're not going to get much in the way of positive replies with that. Most GDers can barely dress themselves/get out of rooms/ask checkout girls out, let alone have sex.
