Fluctuating cpu voltage

I have an Opteron 146 in an Asrock Dual board, overclocked to about 2700mhz so far, and i'm noticing that the CPU voltage in CPU-Z is fluctuating a lot. From 1.360 up to as much as 1.424.

No stability issues at all, everything runs fine, but might it be a good idea to see if I could get some cooling on the voltage regulators on the motherboard?

Don't believe everything cpu-z tells you mate,it allways lies regarding cpu volts

Voltages will typically drop slightly when under full load anyway (e.g. prime95)

on my msi board i was able to increase voltage stability and fluctuation by adding mosfet heatsinks.

i concur. i did this on an old board of mine... oh the advantages of cooling stuff down
