hi all

well last year i went to vancouver in june. i booked using Expedia in about january or february. i paid about £500 which i thought was decent for return flights. i then noticed advertisments in about april for flights with the company FlyZoom for about 300+

Im planning on going back this year but this time leaving late july and coming back at the start of september. i have checked FlyZoom today and the flights are going to be about 550+ which is already better than expedia's 800+ for the same dates.

i dont fly a lot and therefore i am not very experienced about when to book. i was wondering when you guys thought the best time would be to book so that i can avoid finding flights for a lot cheaper a month later

any advice would be great thanks

i flew to canada last year with mytravel via canadian affair. cost about £300 in total. going this year with thomas cook first class which is about £450 with seats pre booked too. i found last time that it was best to book when the flights seemed to suddenly drop in price because a month later they seemed to shoot up again. i flew to Toronto though so not sure what prices would be for Vancouver.

Defiantly check out Canadian Affair and book as early as you can. The prices will keep going up the closer the flight gets.
