FN3 & Burnout

Tough one, there both excellent games imho. (I'm guessing you mean the 360 versions of these).

FNR3 has some great graphics and is great fun online. It plays really well and I like the career mode. The only downside is that the single player can get a bit repetitive.

Burnout is fantastic, it looks eye poppingly good. The game is so fast. There is plenty to keep you occupied in a single player game and online is great fun. I hear the only downside is that if you already cleared the Xbox version there isn't much new content on the 360. I didn't play it much on Xbox so it wasn't really a problem for me.

If I was forced to pick one of these I would probably go for Burnout, simply because of the fun to be had on Live.

Excellent, thanks for the reply. I've got the previous Burnout: Takedown on the PS2...is it a marked improvement over that or much the same?

Graphically, it blows the PS2 out of the water (as long as you are running in HD). The gameplay however, well, it's exactly the same game. Live adds another perspective though.

I've got both.....

I've not played FN:R3 since I got Burnout!!

It rocks!!

Huge fun when played on Live! against these guys! :D

buy burnout from game, complete it in 10 days (you will, not fully but meh) then return it and get FN3, if you have friends FN wins

Which is better?

I know there are a couple of threads on these games but i seemed to have missed whether people rate these highly or not.

Educate me. :p
Burnout hands down, FN gets repetative (very) Burnout doesn't. I've put over 26 hours into Burnout and I still can't wait to play it more, 5 hours into FN3 and I was sick of it.

It's the best multiplayer game on the XBox360, I've never had that much fun since CS1.3.

So wrong.
Buy FN3 and complete it (should take you 1 night - if you don't find it boring and monotonous) and then get the best game on the console.

Dont buy fight night, rent it for the weekend. By the end of the weekend you will be finished it and glad you didnt buy it.

Burnout for me seemed for kids. My nephew would love it. I'd give both a miss.

Strange question. FN3 is a great boxing game but rubbish for driving, and burnout is a great arcade racer, but you wont like it if you want to punch people.

But they are both games. So one will be better than the other regardless of genre.

There is nothing more gratifying on the 360 at the moment, than slamming you rival into the wall!! :D

Thats the buzz that Burnout gives :D

But in Burnout you can take your anger out in Crash junctions!
