foam bubbles problem help needed plz

seeing as you are using aurora, I would maybe give Mick a shout at mayhems. could be something in the set up not agreeing with the fluid.
 
Ive had this problem, you need to run the pump as slow as possible or crimp one of the pipes as to restrict the flow , make sure the res is at the highest point so unmount it and put the case on the side and lift it out slightly

+1, need to slow the pump right down as it is making micro bubbles - foam. Run the pump at slowest, and keep moving the rig until the air comes out in too the res.
