Folder Icons have Changed-Help!

I was using explorer when it crashed and the taskbar also disappeared. When it all came on again my folder icons have all been reset to what looks like the default icon. I've tried to change them back but no luck.

I restarted my pc (running win xp) thinking this would sort it out but it hasn't. The icons are still as default ones and not the usual yellow ones. Anyone have any ideas what's happened? I've done a virus and spyware check and they were ok. It's going to bug me all night now and I've got work in 4 hours!

Not to worry, I've sorted it now. I'd earlier removed icolour folder software and this had screwed all the folders up. I found some info elsewhere about icon tweaker software. I installed that and restored the default settings so all sorted now. Maybe I can get some sleep now
