Another great week guys, 490PPD!!! lets see if we get 500 :).

Not a bad week for myself, although I'm starting to get restless and I can hear the call of an i7 and bigadv.
Staying away from the buy now button for the moment but don't know how long I can resist :D

looks like a big one dropped for me this morning ;)

in fairness i have been away all week and not even looked at a computer.

so the credit goes to Nath for looking after the farm whilst i was away.

going to go for a 100,000 24 hour average this week if i can but im not sure if its doable

myself and nath were speaking about the benfits of bigadv and that it is only worth doing if you have more than one i7 so that you get a nice consistant trickle of points
this essentially means you will be needing 2 i7s

maybe more
 
does this mean you and nath are going to be buying yourselves second rigs purely for bigadv. Its not so bad if your running a couple of gpus as they'll bring in the points while your waiting for the bigadvs to drop
 
The eastern block just won't leave us alone. First we saw off Ukraine now Poland want a piece.

Excellent production chaps (and emily). I'm sorry to be missing it. I'm still stuck on a Pentium D laptop, the joys of a 4200rpm HDD are wearing thin and 7200rpm 2.5" IDE drives don't seem to exist.

No chance - PARP!!! 1.1 Weeks :D

I've got to try to get the stomp in soon as I'm off on holiday for 3 weeks in just over a weeks time and I don't trust my flat mate to keep things ticking over. So you'll probably be able to get me back then if you can get to a folding machine :)
 
Just to be clear, is this 6th-13th August rather than 6th July to 13th august as in the title?

Biffa that is both wonderful and sickening at the same time !!

I've been changing round some of my hardware i.e. the wife is fed up with boxes round the house. Ihave swapped out the guts of my missus' PC and I am considering a couple of GTX 460s - I will post new threads for problems with the hardware change and for the GTX 460s

The 470 is pulling in some nice points for me, I'm going away for a few days this week from tomorrow so no folding over the next couple of days :eek::o:eek:

but

I'm in the process of selling my 4890 atm so ..... watch this space !!!! :p
