Hey

I've just started using some dumb bells but I'm finding it hard to work areas like the chest without a bench to support me properly so I can get my arms down low enough.

I'd love to buy a normal workout bench but I have hardly any space so need something that folds down like this but hopefully cheaper. I've seen this one at Argos but I'm not sure if it actually folds down. Looks like it will so I might just buy one and see, but thought I'd ask here first as I'm sure I'm not the only one with limited space.

I know your all going to say get down the gym but my working hours are weird at the moment so it's a lot easier to come home and do a quick workout.

Thanks for your help

not a fan of that argos one tbh, especially as it mentions that a different named brand may be given.

there is no indication of how much weight it can handle.

personally i would be looking to be spending a good amount on the bench, a good bench will make the world of difference compared to a bad bench that is uncomfortable and not strong enough to hold a good bit of weight.

That seems to be the problem, folding flat and holding weight don't really go together. :D

At that the moment I'm only using a 2 x 15kg weight set, and I do intend on joining a gym later in the year.

Just need something to get me started.

Any suggestions on equipment, anything is better than using the bed like I am now. :o

Not true..only limited by your budget.

This Beast would be the one I'd choose if I needed a folding bench, although I appreciate it's over your budget.
