Following on from my mum dieing.....

Most of you have proberly read my post about my mum dying.

I wanna pay tribute to her. I want to try to get some money together to donate to the MS Society. This is what caused her death.

Their website is http://www.mssociety.org.uk/

Any ideas on how I can raise some money, also donations would be appreciated.

How about auctioning off the Dons for the day, if theyre willing? (do with them as you please sort of thing

Can any donations please come via someone on here, not done individually, either myself or a DON if anyone feels that I am not trustworthy! I don't mind, but what I wouldliek to know is what we/I manage to get donated.

Sorry to hear about your mum mate, my girlfriend has suspected MS luckly though she only suffers from a very mild version of it.

I'd be happy to donate somehow

normally, one of the more respectable dons (ahem!) organises it all, and it's worked really well in the past. if i were you, i'd drop Otacon or Gilly an email. IIRC Gilly organised the last one.

Well I have a top signed by OcUK members at Swansea Ace. It was the plan to auction it off with the highest bidder donating to the charity of their choice but if the Dons' agree, I will donate that top for your proposed charity.

i think this is what makes the ocuk community. I have not metasingle one of you, and your helping me raise money for a charity which is dear to my heart for obvisious reasons.
