Just to give a heads up to some of the guys & gals on here who missed the Foos last time they were here.

I really enjoyed the Chilli Peppers in Hyde Park in 2004 but thats cos I got gold circle tickets (which were very good and not a total crush), if they are running the same segregation at this gig then the cheap tickets are miles away from the stage and the sound was meant to be **** so a word of warning its worth the extra £10-£20 to get the good tickets.

Might still go even though I went to the December tour :D

Got access to presale tickets as I'm on the Foo Fighters mailing list. Face value is £35 for general admission, or £45 for 'inner circle' tickets. I'll have to think about travel arrangements, but I'm pretty sure I'll be there! :)

Decided i'll give this one a miss as theres gonna be some new chili peppers UK dates announced on Monday and they'll be playing some new stuff from the new album plus i've seen the Foos already 2 months ago.

Cant really stomach 2 lots of £50+ tickets this month :eek:

I'll reiterate the £10 extra for the gold circle is well worth it, you wont get anywhere near the stage with the general admission ones as the whole area in front of the stage is gold circle only.

You don't have to be a member of a mailing list to get pre-sale tickets. You just have to visit a certain website. E-mail me for details as we don't want non-OCUK randoms catching sight. ;)

Going to be a very tasty gig as Queens of the Stone age have been announced as 2nd support! for £49 its looking very good value as this isnt apparently it theres more supports to come!

Mr Grohl has obviously got some favours to call in :)

Where did you hear that?
[edit]nm - saw for myself :eek::D

Karl - I'm interested, drop us a note please.

^ i'm going to wait, becuase when i saw REM at hyde park, you couldnt see them from the back of the inner circle! let alone being in the normal crowd area, which was packed and no room to breathe.

i was around half way up in the gold circle when REM came on, and i had enough room to do a little dance where i was stood! well worth the extra money!
