As I have been in gym training for some time. I need to find some new idea's for food, and also make better use of the foods that I am not soo keen on. So I have used a dish similar to a quiche, but without the pastry, but still full of good things that will help me towards my goals

Here is the ingredients:

3 Eggs
300g Natural Cottage Cheese
1 Tin of Tuna
1 Packet of King Prawns
1 Packet of Mussels
Salt & Pepper
Chilli's

You can pick and choose what you want, I some times go for Salmon instead of the Tuna

So first off, get yourself a little dish and the ingredients together.

The simply put in the Eggs, the cottage cheese, and season well, if you want.

mix well till it looks like this little mess ;)

Add the tuna, prawns and the mussles

Then place it in the oven for 25 mins at 175c or Gas mark 4. You will end up with a yummy golden brown dish like mine.

I make this from time to time but find prawns make the dish too watery, seems to work better with just tuna or just mackerel as it binds together a bit better.
