Ramen eggs, specifically my own (cus I'm big headed like that)
Soft boil some eggs, ice bath, peel. Add soy, water, mirin, white pepper and white a touch of vinegar into a container and submerge eggs. Stick in fridge and leave for at least 24 hours. Eat. Absolute umami heaven on earth.
Love in season Tomatoes on a slice of well oiled focaccia with a bit of salt and pepper. My go to snack of a weekend.
Oyakadon. A pretty simple japanese dish of rice, egg, onion and chicken with a simple sauce.
A genuinely good club sandwich is a delight when done properly as is the tuna melt and the BLT. If I had to pick a last meal sandwich I'm not sure which one I'd go for. Probably the Club providing I could give them specific instructions...
