Foodies post your weight in stones not kg

5ft 7

11 stone 2lbs but i probably put on a bit in the last week or two

i used to be more close to 13 stone but it was unbearable and i forced myself to get down to my current weight and stay there for 5 years plus.

Packed in vaping/smoking for 6 months from a 30-year habit, I'm feeling better but still work to do. Next on the list - booze, diet, and weight.

I don't own a set of scales, so I genuinely don't know. Going to pick up a set this week - Have a feeling I would be surprised (not in a good way) want to keep the middle age spread at bay - I do enjoy my beer/takeaway.

Dry January coming up although - not until the week of the eighth for me. Starting on the first is set to fail (also on leave for a few more days, so I can mentally train/brace beforehand)!

I am nervously looking forward to it, I am looking at breaking the evening cycle and changing my habits (e.g. instead of cracking open a beer, try something else).

6'2" and 11st 11lb.

43 years old, in the best shape of my life. Bouldering 3 times a week plus outdoor climbing when weather allows, in the gym + swimming pool on any non-climbing days.

Gave up smokes about 8 years ago. Very rarely have more than one glass of wine these days, I love the taste of it and would struggle to stop completely but I am completely fine with just having the one. Although I will be doing dry Jan with the missus as usual.

I thought I was a short arse at 5'8 but seems there are lots of shorter people here :D
12.3 stone.

@robfosters eat more calories a day than you burn. I know some people's genetics are a cause and illness etc though which contribute.

5'11. 13st 3lbs. I'm borderline overweight on the BMI calcs. Eat a pretty varied diet but way way too much beer so gonna work on that in the new year.

For so many years I was 11st and just maintained it, much harder as you get older it seems.

Thanks but it’s very difficult with heart failure and cirrhosis. I have a low appetite and early satiety. I’m thinking of trying Huel as that will also give me the nutrition as well as the calories and protein

Oh that's not good, sorry to hear that. Huel is decent, I was using it for a bit to bulk up, should be some good offers for it too, promo codes etc.
