I was watching the One Show and they featured a photographer called Carl Warner who orchestrates scenes entirely made from food. Look at this print,

The sea is smoked salmon. The rocks are chocolate cake/pudding. The trees are herbs or vegetables. Absolutely amazing. You can browse his portfolio.There's also clothescapes. All his compositions are fascinating and beautifully done.

Yeah, I saw this on the One show as well. Love his work. Really well executed with the lighting being especially well done.
