'Double-touch' penalties: Law change means accidental kicks can be retaken
Accidental 'double-touch' penalties will be allowed to be retaken - but only if the kick was successful.

Shockingly they aren't desperately worried about penalty takers honing the "double kick" penalty technique and have allowed some common sense to prevail here. Right call IMO.
