Force res in a steam game (source)

hey

ive got a 32inch lcd tv which i run from my pc with HDMI.

I need to force a resolution of 1152x648 otherwise i get a blank screen and a "out of range" message bounce around my tv.

Ive looked on steam support but i cant make sense of editing command lines. I tried changing the launch command line in steam but the line was empty.

any help would be appreciated

BTW is insurgency mod any good?

Right click the game then properties. Go to launch options.
Then enter '-w 1152 -h 648' in the box without the quotation marks.

can it not run..

1360x768?

that's the native res for my 37" lcd (720p screen)
