Quick html question.

Is it possible to link an Excel document which forces Excel open, rather than offers the 'save as' / 'open' options ?

I want people to download a form of a website, but it changes quite often, so I don't want them to save a copy of the form, but open a new one every time they click the link.

I cannot open an embedded version within the browser as there are macros within the document that won't work.

Thanks in advance.

i don't think it's possible. it's all down to the user's own browser preferences. in the past he/she may have downloaded an .xls file and chosen a default action for that file type. i don't think you can over ride that. :)
