Hi guys, hope everyone is all good.
Ok so I've recently been having a load of unexplained issues with my system. It runs fine most the time but then suddenly one day it'll get BSOD up on startup, or random hangs and then fine again, or just general twitchy performance compared to normal... and then fine again.
I have had very little issue with this system so this is really doing my head in now. I recently moved and installed an Asus wireless card (that I sent back as it seemed faulty) and then this has started. Could it maybe have damaged my motherboard?

Today after yet another random shut down while I was out the room I have decided to try and properly solve it. I've tried reinstalling some things, like drivers etc.
Now I've noticed my SSD has less than recommended overprovision, but I keep getting "Overprovision Operation Failed. Please closed any applications using this device, and try again" and there is nothing active.

AntiVirus - off
Defender - off
Firewall off - off
Task Manager cleared of unnecessary items

And it still fails!
Please help someone as the SMART report passes the SSD and other drives, The Memory seems fine, and I haven't long reinstalled Windows 7 Pro x64 to try and solve these issues.
Spec in signature.

UPDATE - just tried system health report and got a "perfmon.exe - bad image" error! what the hell is happening man
