Formating a hard drive

I have XP Pro X64 installed on one hard drive and wanted to RAID0 another two drives I have. However, I can't do it. After reading threads on here, it appears I needed to installed extra drivers when installing XP (Intel Matrix???).

So my question is, how do I completely remove XP from my drive so that I can start all over fresh?

Just format during the installation process?

I tried to reset and boot from the XP disc and press F6 when asked to install any third party raid or scsi drivers, however, nothing happens and it just continues with the install.

Any ideas?

It will just continue for a bit after you hit F6, you'll then get to a screen where you'll be asked to hit 'S' if you have extra storage drivers to install - you need to do that before the installer will start asking for drivers.
