Formatting? HELP

heres what i have

can someone tell me how to fully format my computer i also have windows 7 64 bit
please

I'm going to assume you want to format and reinstall windows. As PC initially boots hit the delete key a few times until you're in the BIOS. Use the arrows and enter keys to navigate around until you find the boot order. Ensure the the DVD is set as the first boot device. Open the DVD and put your windows disc in. Reboot PC and follow on screen instructions.

That's it.
 
Then use a genuine CD

Not necessarily, I just had this when installing XP onto an old system. Luckily I had used my original XP disc to create a slipstreamed disc, incorporating SP3. I started install but got file missing error, so I switched the slipstream to original XP, installed a few files then got same error, I switched disks again and also again later and install went fine.
Main point being it doesn't mean he is using a dodgy copy cos he got this error.
