Just recently bought a WD My passport 500GB version and its formatted in NTFS. I want to use this device along with my PS3 to display my video and music files and i understand that it needs to be FAT32. I have tried using the WD FAT32 Formatter on their official site and also HP USB Disk Storage formatter but neither of them work 
and i have also tried doing it through windows but it only formats it at 32GB and nothing more, any ideas?. Thanks.
