Formatting with out a Floppy drive.

Right my microsoft diosk is messing up and wont let me format the Hard drive before i install it.
Ive googled how to format a hard drive with out the disk and got this website

Now it says i need a Floppy disk to create a Bootable drive, Problem is, I dont have one

How do i get around this?

Boot from the Windows cd, enter the Recovery Console, and type format c:

Just make sure that the drive you want to format is drive c. Might be best to disconnect any other hard drives before attempting it.

How far does the Windows cd boot before throwing up?

It gets up to "Windows Start up" Or "windows set up"

I forget what its called.

Its just after its finished installing the little components when you first put it in and boot from the Disk, Like the RAID controls and AGP controls and crap like that.
