So, the install wasnt very successful. The Instructions state that the intel bracket supports socket 1200. Ive tried to install and whist the mounting holes line up. the bracket fouls the cpu socket backplate. (in any orientation) which means the thread for the bolts will never tighten up fully and the whole mechanism is loose. It s also very tight on the back of the lian li 011 evo. I had to undo 50% of the motherboard screws to place the back plate. Ive removed it without getting as far as mounting the CPU plate/pump

Ive reverted back to my arctic liquid freezer 2, and now my PC doesnt work at all. White LED (RAM issue) ive re-seated ram but same problem. I will try removing the CPU completely next and re-inserting. PC working now reseating RAM and CSU, may have been a bit impatient waiting for bootup

yeah pc back on and working, reseating everything... but i cant see this AIO cooler fitting a socket 1200 board (at least this MSI z490 pro)

im gonna try the cpu bracket rotated. as the manual diagram is wrong , just confirmed with tryx support and they sent a photo (which makes sense, but then i might have some clash with the back of pc case)
