So for all you people who like to wax lyrical , jump on soap boxes, ride high horses, love the sound of your own keystrokes etc.....

The propostion is this

Using Internet forums is pyschologically damaging as it 'warps' your social instincts....

Discuss

Troll each other do death (or more likely me) do all that weird **** you do that you would never dare to do face to face down the pub....

Meant pretty much the same thing for the past 10 years I've used/modded forums bud

The fact I'm intolerant of fools and bad manners both in the real world and in cyberspace.

I reflected , I think it's a positive quality and has served me well for some 36 years.

I'm not just mass counter trolling it's a genuine point.

I no longer use the EVE official forums as I found it was affecting my everyday attitudes even if only slightly , it's such a troll infested cess pit.

You can't seem to ask 1 simple straight question and get 1 simple straight answer on a lot (but not all) forums.

Some are genuinly friendly and welcoming places others the playgrounds of ego maniacs.

Why WTF is up with everyone?

Forums are just the same as any school playgound - has its own rules and terms reflective of the people who congregate. Nothing out of the ordinary there really.
