If someone refuses to argue out a point like an adult I just walk away. I don't care if they feel they got the last word upper hand or whatever, internet bickering is futile. In fact I usually avoid any kind of online seriousness, I just can't be bothered.

I read that thread earlier & found it a bit strange, quite hostile considering he only recently joined, he has a very valid point but instead of posting info to back it up he goes off on one.

I'm all for a good technical argument but surely you get start gently when you are new to a forum, no ?
