Forums Forgotten Password not working ? Help Please

Hi all

sorry for the silly thread but as i've recently reinstall windows i've forgotten my password to my orignal account and can not now access it.

I've done this before but there was an option to get it sent to my e-mail address but for some reason now when i click the forgotten password link it just takes me the below page.

Which has this written on it.

I've checked the AFK and dont see any mention of admins e-mail address etc.. but i did find this page contact us page which I sent a message to 2 or 3 days ago with no reply, I have since had this forum account activated and was woundering if infact i've done the right thing or there seems to be a problem with the forums.

I dont want to lose my account and stay with this one as i've got a lot of trust feedback and been registered for around 2 years if i remember right.

so you created a bogus account to ask a question about your original account?

Duplicate accounts are also a no no, no matter what the circumstance.

Yeah contact one of the admins on the list that Muban posted, also explain that you created a second account so you could ask who to contact on the forum so that they can delete that account.
