As for the finished product...
Do i doubt the quality of the graphics, the shaders, the lighting, the draw distance, the background detail, the car models, the tire effects, gravel, smoke and grass the final game will have. The answer for me is no particulary after seeing the latest videos that are directly from gameplay. Even the replays at 30fps look ultra smooth so i guess experiencing the game in full glory on a big HDTV screen for the first time will be an impressive experience.
I will say one thing and thats the drivers look nowhere near as good as GT HD has as they do have quite real looking drivers and movement.

They reported that Dan Greenwalt is going to UK this next week to promote the game. So we can only estimate now that thier will be some form of press conference and perhaps this is tied in with the demo being released.

a lot of people on the FM2 forums think that the demo will be out on sunday/monday time. I hope this is true. The MR2 battle was good although the driver of the MR2 was showboating and quite rightly got caught out. The sound off the Camaro is simply stunning though. Just wish they would hurry up and get the demo out.
I agree with the video and the editing clearly was all done to try and achieve a good race. However everyone will make mistakes when driving under pressure but i still dont think they were racing 100% more to racing to achieve a close race.
What was interesting was the nimbleness and good braking of the MR2, even though it clearly lost out in power. If anything the video did illustrate the different characteristics of each car but put the same two cars on a much shorter track with shorter straight and you will have a different winner.
