The only good wheels are the Fanatec ones (Turbo S, GT2, CSR/E), but they're all quite expensive (more so because you have to buy pedals separately). Unless you're pretty serious about racing games and have the dosh, it's probably not worth it. The new Microsoft Speed Wheel could be an option if you want more precision than a controller if you aren't overly hardcore when it comes to racing games. You can get one for around £40.
Liking this game but a quick question/ I know there is no AI difficulty and its supose to be adaptive but im on season 4 now and have finished 1st every race i have done by at least 4 seconds!
Surely thats not right? no one is challenging me. Forza 3 AI gave ma a good battle
In season play it's supposed to adapt to your skills. If you pick an event from the event list, then you can set the difficulty.
Yea this is using season play. It doesnt seem to be adapting in the slightest for me.
hi, i downloaded the demo to my xbox and thought it was really good (although i find the in-game music annoying). Im a bit of a noob when it comes to consoles and want to know if my old logitech usb steering wheel i bought for my pc years ago will work with this and the xbox? Or, is it ok to use the normal xbox controller for good times?

i've used the normal xbox controller for all my times, including my two world records (will claim my 3rd world record back soon). all of these are with cars that have ridiculous power and very little grip, something a steering wheel and pedals would be incredibly helpful for. so yeah, you can set good times on the controller

I would be surprised if the top times are held by pad owners.
They certainly wernt on the GT Torunament Sony ran last year which indicated the controller used.
"Timdog" go seek him, seek em boy...
On that note ibert what do you run your FFB setting at? Also do you use 900 degrees?
