Forza 4

Im liking these new Rivals, I'm going to run those for a few hours to fund the purchase of the new DLC cars. :)

**edit**

Unless I'm missing something, it appears the max Rivals prize money has been slashed from 150k down to just 50k for these Monthly ones? can anyone else confirm this?

Is anyone else good enough to confirm this ;)

Gimp - I've just logged in and accepted your friend request. I've had a couple of notices of people quitting the club so I've sent you an invite - you should get a message when you next start Forza.

I'll be on in a few mins to see if I can improve my nascar tuning.

and then some rivals. Oh and the Pinto I shared is not meant to be taken seriously. If you've test driven it you'll understand why ;)

Just fired up forza 4 about a week ago after having it for about 2 months doing nothing, GT is Rami C G 1989, I come on often, so if any of you lot want to add a player to a clean race, or rivals whatever else it is you guys do, add me and I will accept your requests. I don't have a massive car list, but I mostly race with my gallardo s and r8 until I get a few more cars.

Squeezed another 2 tenths out of my Indy Brickyard Trackday rivals lap.
My tune is, currently, good for 46 seconds on a clear track and the chances of a clear of traffic on the best lines lap makes me cry to see a 45 second time top of the leaderboard :(

Servers are up and down like a whore's drawers tonight.

Same as every night

I hear ya !!
Managed to beat the mighty Dreeder in the monthly rivals 1/2 mile drag, well pleased :D
Btw i had a go with that new Huarya, bloody hell it's hard to control, i was getting out of shape all the time, so powerful but fun though. :)

Thats because it has lots of bhps and torques ;)

The new lambo is very nice, almost tricked me into thinking it was 4 wheel driver for a moment.

Cheers for the invite. After trying loads of times last night the servers were rubbish so I managed to get in the Club this morning. Having fun trying the rivals..

I have managed to upgrade my Ferrari F430 to R3 now to get it tuned again like I did in Forza 3. TFRmike tried my tune last time and said it was very good and he only managed to knock a second or just over off my time around the Mugello Club curcuit.
Really enjoying this game.

If anyone has not already seen this there is a tuning spreadsheet for excel on the Forza forums.

I have uploaded them to my webspace if you want to download them from there.

Excel 97-2003

Excel 2007-2010

[ INSTRUCTIONS ]

1.Select Car in cell H1 (THIS STEP IS MANDATORY)
2.In Game: make sure you are in it and go to:
3.Play Career>Cars>My Cars
4.Press Y to toggle.
5.Input that data into FMTC Main(i.e.; power, torque, weight, front)
6.Press x (car list)
7.Hold the LB until you reach the data needed (ex: power rpm, torque rpm, redline rpm, front and rear tire sizes)
8.Enter required data into FMTC Main
9.Go to Play Career>Upgrade>Upgrade Shop>Wheels to get Lateral G's. It’s shown on the confirmation screen if you purchase wheels. If already mounted, select Stock rims, press A once, then check value in the "before" sector to get the current value, then abort mounting with B.
10.Enter results into the game and benchmark test for top speed and enter it in cell E35, input>transmission>top speed. Readjust gears to top speed desired.
11.If aero parts are installed, write the minimum and maximum values into advanced>aero>Minimum/Maximum Downforce. Adjust strength and front bias at your own risk.
12.Follow the comments inside the modifier cells for guidance to that tweak you are looking for.

Hope its OK to host the files and post the instructions here.:)

Forza.

That was easy.

As regards the spreadsheet above you are probably best downloading it from the source - gets updated every month with stats for the new DLC cars. It also requires Analysis Toolpak is installed and activated, therefore only works in Windows versions of MS Office.
