Forza 6 announced

Such an unforgiving game!

Spent 5 laps on the arse of randomer 1st avatar. Eventually passed the avatar to then lose it on a bend with a puddle and back down to 6th i went once i managed to get back on track...

Restart race.

haha, yeah, I did that way too many times in the live stream on the 10th! :o :)

I'd say, mods.. can you rename this thread to -

"Forza Motorsport 6 Discussion" please? :P

is the drivatar meant to model it's driving style on your real style? that's pretty clever isn't it!

Can anyone answer my question yet about the leaderboards please, can you see where you place in the whole world?

yeah, like breaking zones, how close to apexes you are etc.. :) so it learns those and all that builds up into "AI"

well in rivals for e.g. you can see your place -;

whole world
europe(in our case)
friends

same with other, you can see world/region/friends.. :)

Haha i bet my drivatar is constantly head first in a wall somewhere then :D

Thank you thank you thank you for that response, it means i'm definitely going to get it - so the "whole world" category is literally every Forza 6 player, and if you've set a clean lap on any track, you will jump up some places?
 
quite tempted by CDKeys Ultimate edition for £72.99 or should I just gat the standard? decisions decisions!!!

Depends if 450 cars is enough for you :p i probably wont drive anywhere near that in the standard edition never mind the ultimate edition:)

I would personally prefer extra tracks than more cars dlc packs.

I buckled and bought it for a tad over £69 after 5% discount, I'm a sucker for completeness!!!

Done 3 hours worth so far and it's either cause I'm playing it on Pro (50%) or just pot luck but the A.I seems much improved, in the past I used to win races without even trying, this seems a lot hard, I battled for 3rd over a full 3 laps with one car, out braking each other, going into a corner 2 deep loosing the position, overtaking on the exit, light sporting contact really good stuff. Hope it stays this way, handling seems nicer as well, fwd cars understeer like mad in the wet. So far so good.

really appreciate that, thanks grudas. The leaderboard i'm really interested in is a global leaderboard for *all* tracks. Say for example you just unwrap the game and play it, you'll be bottom of the leaderboard globally, because even people who have set poor laptimes will be above you. When you finish a clean lap on a race, your time will propel you up the leaderboard to give you an idea how you rank in the world, is that an option on F6?

each track/time attack you do will have leaderboard tab at the end of the race with the options from the above video :) so there's no "leaderboard" page as such that allows you to select and a track and see where you are in it, you can do for e.g. -;

build car
time trial it around a track
see your time on the global/europe etc leaderboard

if that makes sense? :)

I have been playing forza for a while, I love racing games in general haha, even run a website dedicated to cars/racing and so on :) so yeah, I do.

I've sent you a request, you can do it over the XBL website :)
 
Ordered the limited edition xbox one console and forza 6 bundle. its currently in "dispatching now" status.

cant wait to sink my teeth in to a decent racer! :D
