Found a cheap Carbon Fibre backup tripod, can you spot anything wrong with it?

My workmate has taken it off my hands already! The ball head was too talk for the fkycam sadly.

Yeah if we do this meet I'll bring both Red Snapper so you can see the difference in weight and feel. I have not been let down by the CF one today though on its first Urbex session. The lightness has meant I can run away quicker, from a bull (!).
 
Mine is going well too, I've just bought a Calumet ball head which sits on it and the red snapper tripods and it's just fine. Obviously not ideal for the windiest of days but when out exploring and you need a light CF tripod, this does the job.
 
^ I am especially liking that carry case, the one I posted doesn't have handles like that, only shoulder strap.
