Will post this in here as i think it may be a memory issue, but am happy for post to be moved if needed.

Have just put together all my new purchases and am rather annoyed. When i power up, the system will stay on for 5 secs then reset itself. It goes through this cycle indeffinately with 03 showing on the POST LED.

Does any one know if the Corsair TW3X4G1600C9D is compatible with this board?

Bit annoyed that i have this sitting here and am running on my old Asus P5K.

Cheers

Seen other people have issues and other people not, cant find an official nenory support list though
You tried one stick at a time? Each stick in case one is faulty

A few possiblities;

1)Your board cant provide enough voltage at stock to let the ram operate, so you need to stick in a standard old stick, boot to bios, up the volts then shwitchoff, put in new ram and boot back up.

2)Your bios is not up to date, this causes compability problems. you need to update the bios using another CPU, or get someone else with a blackops to update your bios chip.

3)The board is faulty and you will need to RMA it.

I have had many Blackops boards, and helped friends build blackops setups, and i have encountered all three possiblities above.
