Is the above motherboard any good for overclocking?

Especially with the below.

OCZ 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-6400C4 Dual Channel Platinum Revision 2 XTC Series DDR2 (OCZ2P800R22GK)


and

Intel Core 2 Duo E2160 "LGA775 Conroe" 1.80GHz (800FSB) - Retail
 
It's P35 based, so there's no real reason why it shouldn't clock well with an E2160. The E21x0 range often have an FSB wall around 430mhz, so the board should be more than enough.
 
Nope. The FSB wall won't affect an E2160. My E2140 has a 435mhz wall and it's running fine at 3.45ghz.
