Foxfi proxy add on equivalent for Jellybean Android

Since upgrading to Jellybean on my Gnex FoxFi does not work. If there another app that allows tethering via Wifi through a proxy like Foxfi? If I use the native app Three cut my speed. Only option now is PDANet via USB.

Any other apps out there that will share my phones internet via a proxy I can then run through laptop wirelessly?
